7. Please note that certain items ordered, such as gift items like chocolates, perfumes, toys, teddy bears, etc., may be delivered separately by local couriers and will not be included with your main order.
8. Lordgifts.pk cannot be held responsible for any delays in orders caused by incorrect billing addresses, loss, delays, or any other reasons.
9. All items will be delivered within 1 to 3 days, except in cases of strikes, coups, public holidays, emergencies, or when a specific delivery date is specified by the customer.
10. In the event of strikes or other unforeseen circumstances in the delivery city, we will make every effort to deliver as many items as possible through our delivery network. However, if the order includes gift items, their delivery may be delayed until the next business day when courier services are operational.
11. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
