Cancellation and Refund Policy:

To request a refund, the cancellation of an order must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Once the 48-hour delivery window begins, no refund can be issued. Please note that cancellation is not possible for dispatched courier products and personalized products.

To initiate the cancellation process, please send an email to support@lordgifts.pk with the subject line “Cancellation Request” and include the following details:

a. Reason for cancellation:
b. Refund account details:

2. Cancellation will only be processed upon receipt of a formal order cancellation request at support@lordgifts.pk.

3. Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
a. The order was cancelled.
b. The order was not delivered to the recipient (excluding cases of unfounded recipient).
c. If a complaint is filed regarding the quality of the delivered product, we will investigate the matter. If the complaint is found to be valid, the customer will receive a full refund or a replacement product.

Please note the following:
4. Refund requests are subject to evaluation by our team to determine if the order qualifies for a refund. The final authority lies with our management team, whose decision is absolute and binding. The refund amount cannot exceed the amount paid by the customer, and we are not responsible for any loss or claim beyond the amount paid.
5. A 5% charge will apply in case of cancellation.
6. Refunds cannot be claimed for any discounted or exempted amount.
7. Any additional amount credited to the Lordgifts Pakistan account may be considered for order enhancement but is non-refundable.
8. Lordgifts Pakistan has the final decision-making authority in all matters concerning cancellation and refund.
9. Lordgifts Pakistan reserves the right to amend its Cancellation and Refund Policy. We will notify you of any substantial changes through email or an announcement on the website.
